An AI visibility guarantee you can check answer by answer.
It is the AI visibility guarantee on every CiteVantage monthly plan, and the questions it is measured on are ones you approve before any work starts.
Named by AI on 1 in 4 of your agreed buyer questions within 90 days, or we work two more months free.
Monthly plans only. The 50 to 100 questions are the ones you approve in week one, a question counts when you appear in 2 of 3 runs, and you publish our work within 14 days. The remedy is two more months of free work, never a refund.
Formerly called the 20-in-90 Guarantee. Updated 6 October 2026: the target is now 25% of your agreed questions, and the free remedy is two 30-day sprints.

What the 1-in-4 Guarantee measures
CiteVantage puts its own time behind every monthly plan: if AI engines are not naming you on at least 25% of your agreed buyer questions by day 90, we work the next two months free. That is two full 30-day sprints with your billing paused, worth $998 on the Agent plan, $1,998 on Brokerage and $3,798 on Multi-Market.
-
50to 100
questions
Buyer questions per market, drafted by us in week one and approved, edited or replaced by you.
-
25%
threshold
One in four of your agreed questions, rounded up. Fifty questions means 13 wins, one hundred means 25.
-
2months
free if we miss
Two more 30-day sprints at no charge, with a re-test after each, and your billing paused meanwhile.
-
2of 3
runs
Each question is asked three times on each engine and counts when you appear in two of them.
Covered
- Agent, $499/mo, on its 3-month minimum
- Brokerage, $999/mo, on its 3-month minimum
- Multi-Market, $1,899/mo, on its 3-month minimum
- All-in-One, AI + Google, from $1,200/mo, on its 6-month commitment
Not covered
- The Free AI Visibility Audit
- The 1,200-Answer Audit
- The standalone 30-Day AI Visibility Sprint, which ends before a fair 90-day re-test can run
- Any engine, wording or ranking outside the questions you approved
The 90 days start on the day you sign the 3-month commitment (6 months for All-in-One), whatever the date of any Sprint before it. Your plan billing pauses while the two free sprints run, so they are added on top of your term and never taken out of it. Billing resumes after the second one, or as soon as you reach the target if that comes first.
If we miss, we work two more months free
Two more 30-day sprints of your plan's work, free, with a re-test after each. The remedy is always our work, never a refund of any kind and never a credit note. Your billing pauses while they run, so they are added to your term and never taken out of it.
- 25% reached at any re-test
Your billing resumes from that point and the free work ends, because the guarantee has done its job.
- Still short after sprint 2
The guarantee is complete. You can stop, or carry on at the normal plan price.
Why we offer this guarantee
We offer it because it holds us to a date. Ninety days is the schedule we plan the whole engagement around from week one, and the two months of work after day 90 are paid for in our own time, so a slow result costs us up to two months of work and costs you nothing extra.
The limit is deliberate. A promise that never ends would mean working inside your website with no end date, and no business owner should have to agree to that. Two months has a start and a finish, so you know exactly how long we are in your site. It also decides how we work from the first week: we choose questions a business your size can win, and we do the work most likely to move them first, because a miss is expensive for us. Agreeing the questions in writing before work starts means both of us know on day one what a win looks like.
The 1-in-4 Guarantee terms, in full
Twelve terms in plain English, numbered so either of us can point to one. They cover what counts as a win, how the re-test runs, what happens on a miss and what we need from you. The same terms appear in our terms of service, and if the two ever disagree, the terms of service govern.
-
The target
By day 90, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Copilot names or cites your business on at least 25% of the buyer questions we agreed with you, which is 1 in 4. If we miss it, we work the next two months free, as two 30-day sprints.
-
Which plans it covers
Agent, Brokerage and Multi-Market on their 3-month minimum, and All-in-One on its 6-month term. The Free AI Visibility Audit, the 1,200-Answer Audit and the standalone 30-Day Sprint sit outside it.
-
When the 90 days start
On the day you sign the 3-month commitment, or the 6-month commitment for All-in-One. If you ran a standalone Sprint first, its dates do not count toward the 90.
-
The questions
In week one we draft 50 to 100 questions for each market, phrased the way a buyer, seller or property owner asks an AI engine, for example "Who is a good listing agent in Clearwater for waterfront homes?" You approve, edit or replace them, and we confirm the final list by email before any work goes live. Questions that contain your name, your team name or your brokerage name are tracked in the report and left out of the 25%.
-
The baseline
Before any work goes live we run every question on all four engines and save a dated screenshot of each answer. Any question where you are already named at baseline comes out of the count and is replaced, so the list stays at the size we agreed.
-
What counts as a win
A question counts as won when the answer names your business, or names you if you are a solo agent, or links to a page about you: your website, your Google Business Profile, or your Zillow, Realtor.com or brokerage profile. One engine is enough for that question.
-
How we re-test
On day 90 we re-run the same questions on the same four engines, signed out or on a fresh account with memory off, from a connection in your country. AI answers shift from one run to the next, so each question is asked three times on each engine and counts when you appear in at least two of the three. You receive every screenshot, dated.
-
The threshold
The threshold is 25% of the agreed questions, rounded up. Fifty questions means 13 wins, seventy-five means 19 and one hundred means 25. On a plan with more than one market, each market is measured against its own list.
-
If we miss
We run two more 30-day sprints at no charge, one after the other, and re-test after each. If you reach 25% at either re-test, your billing resumes from that point and the free work ends there, because the guarantee has done its job. If you are still short after the second free sprint, the guarantee is complete: you can stop, or carry on at the normal plan price. Your billing pauses while the free sprints run, so they are added to your term and not taken from it. The remedy is always our work, never a refund of any kind and never a credit note.
-
Your side
Approve the question list in week one. Publish what we deliver, or give us the access to publish it, within 14 days of delivery, and the same goes for the free sprints. Keep the plan paid through its minimum term. Tell us before you change your business name, brokerage, website domain or market, because the engines have to learn the new name, so the list and the 90 days reset from that date, agreed with you in writing.
-
What it does not promise
The guarantee does not name a particular engine, a particular wording, a first-place mention or a Google ranking. AI engines are run by other companies and change without notice, so the commitment is our work against a measured target, capped at two free sprints, and the free sprints are the part we control.
-
Who gives it
The guarantee is given by CiteVantage LLC, a Wyoming company. There is nothing to claim: we send you the day-90 results either way, and if the target is missed the first free sprint starts on its own.
How the 1-in-4 Guarantee works
Seven questions buyers ask before they sign, answered in full. The short version: you approve the questions, we re-test them on four engines on day 90, and if you are named on fewer than 25% of them, we work two more months free and your plan billing pauses while we do.

What does the 1-in-4 Guarantee promise?
If AI engines are not naming or citing your business on at least 25% of your agreed buyer questions by day 90, we work the next two months free.
That is 1 in 4 of the questions, 50 to 100 per market, agreed with you in writing in week one and tested on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot. One engine naming you is enough for a question to count, as long as it names you in at least two of its three runs.
Which plans include it?
Every monthly plan includes it, and nothing else does.
The standalone Sprint and both audits sit outside it, because a 30-day project ends before a fair 90-day re-test can run. If you move from the Sprint onto a plan, the 90 days start on the day you sign the plan's commitment. The plans it covers:
- Agent, at $499 a month on a 3-month minimum.
- Brokerage, at $999 a month on a 3-month minimum.
- Multi-Market, at $1,899 a month on a 3-month minimum.
- All-in-One, from $1,200 a month on its 6-month term.
How do you decide whether I was named?
We re-run the exact questions from kickoff on day 90, on all four engines, in clean sessions from a connection in your country.
Each question is asked three times per engine and counts when you appear in at least two of the three answers, since AI answers change from one run to the next. You get dated screenshots of every answer, before and after, so you can check each one yourself.
What happens if you miss?
We work the next two months free, as two full 30-day sprints, with a re-test after each.
If you reach 25% at either re-test, your billing resumes from there. If you are still short after the second sprint, the guarantee is complete and you can stop or carry on at the normal price. Your billing pauses while the free sprints run, so the two months are added to your term, and you approve nothing extra and pay nothing extra for them.
Why does it stop after two months?
Because a promise that never ends would mean working inside your website with no end date, and no business owner should have to agree to that.
Two months has a clear start and a clear finish, so you know the most we will give and exactly when we are done. Those two months are worth $998 on the Agent plan, $1,998 on Brokerage and $3,798 on Multi-Market, and you pay none of it.
Why is there no refund?
Handing the fee back would leave you where you started, while the two free months keep working toward the result you signed up for.
The remedy is always our time, which is also why we plan the whole engagement around the 90-day date from the first week. We do not call it a money-back guarantee, because it is not one.
Can anyone guarantee that ChatGPT will recommend me?
No one controls what an AI engine says, and Google says the same about its own results: "No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google."
What we can commit is our work against a target you can check: named on 1 in 4 of the questions you approved, or we work two more months free.
See the plans it comes with
Agent is $499 a month, Brokerage $999 and Multi-Market $1,899, each on a 3-month minimum. All-in-One, AI and Google together, starts at $1,200 a month on a 6-month term.
