A note on bias
CiteVantage is a competitor of InboundREM, and this page is written by CiteVantage. We have tried to state InboundREM’s facts the way InboundREM’s own pages state them, with the URL and the date we read each one. Where InboundREM is stronger, we say so. If you find a fact that is wrong, the corrections line at the end of the page tells you how to reach us.
Which company this page covers
This page covers InboundREM, the real estate marketing agency at inboundrem.com, led by founder Robert Newman. It is an SEO and website agency that added an AI product (RealtyRank AI) in 2026 (not an AI specialist). Its services page still centers on WordPress SEO websites and monthly SEO campaigns, with Google Business Profile campaigns and consulting alongside.
How we established it, as of 2026-10-06:
- Its own page names “InboundREM (Inbound Real Estate Marketing)”, the founder, a 2014 founding year and two locations (https://inboundrem.com/ai-info/, read 2026-10-06). The founding year and locations are company claims.
- Its terms page names the contracting party as “InboundREM Inc.” (https://inboundrem.com/terms-and-conditions/, read 2026-10-06).
- A HousingWire author profile for its Chief Marketing Officer lists inboundrem.com as his website (https://www.housingwire.com/author/benjamin-wagner/, read 2026-10-06).
- RealtyRank AI appears as a product name on InboundREM’s own pages (https://inboundrem.com/ai-visibility/, read 2026-10-06). We found no separate company behind it.
Names we excluded. “IREM” is a short form InboundREM uses in testimonials and is also the name of unrelated organizations. Directory listings titled “Inbound Real Estate Marketing” exist, and we could not open them, so whether they are the same business is unverified. Other agencies with “inbound” in the name are unrelated. We did not find a state business registry record for “InboundREM Inc.”, so its state of incorporation and standing are unverified.

| Guarantee wording | The 1-in-4 Guarantee: named by AI on at least 25% of the agreed 50 to 100 buyer questions per market within 90 days. If not, we work the next two months free, as two 30-day sprints with a re-test after each and plan billing paused, worth $998 on the Agent plan. Then it is complete: no refund, and never open-ended. | What is included | Agent plan: 50 to 100 buyer questions you approve, tracked every two weeks on five engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Google AI Overviews); up to 15 guides a month; off-site work on directories, reviews, digital PR, Reddit and Quora; ongoing schema; a monthly report and strategy call; a free day-30 re-test; and area exclusivity, meaning one agent, team or brokerage per area at a time. Brokerage and Multi-Market track every week. Source: citevantage.com/pricing, read 2026-10-07. | Services page card for RealtyRank AI: onboarding, AI audit, custom content map, targeted press releases, Google Business Profile posts, citations, social platforms, an AI info page and an item named "Secret Sauce". The AI landing page adds schema markup, Web 2.0 article campaigns and citation audit and repair. AI reporting cadence: not found. | Proof type | Eight published case studies, one of them for a real estate client (Bright Realty International, a 17-domain property network measured in Search Console), and a published Houston study of 2,000 AI answers. Reviews are five completed Upwork contracts, every one rated 5.0 and published by Upwork, none of them a real estate AI visibility engagement. No filmed client testimonials, no independent press coverage and no large public review count, so InboundREM is stronger on each of those. Sources: citevantage.com/case-studies and citevantage.com/reviews, read 2026-10-07. | Written case studies with screenshots, all self-published, with one flagship AI client. A review rating shown on its own site (5 stars from 84 reviews, which we could not confirm on Google). A Clutch profile with zero reviews. Every cell carries its source and the date it was read. InboundREM’s AI plans and SEO contracts are shown separately because they have different terms.
How the prices relate. CiteVantage’s published prices are on its pricing page. The Agent plan at $499 a month sits below InboundREM’s lowest AI price of $750 a month, and the plans are scoped differently: InboundREM prices by city population, and CiteVantage’s plans step up by number of markets and tracking cadence. Part of our price comes from lean, founder-led delivery with low overhead. A price gap between two differently scoped plans is not a measure of value, so read each plan’s deliverables before comparing totals.
How the terms relate. Against InboundREM’s published SEO contracts, which run 18 months, a 3-month minimum is shorter. Against its AI plans, no comparison of term length is possible, because its AI pages state none. We have not verified whether RealtyRank AI plans carry the same 18-month term, and we do not claim they do. InboundREM also writes “We don’t have contract cancellation penalties.” on its consulting page (https://inboundrem.com/real-estate-seo-consulting/, read 2026-10-06). The pages do not say whether leaving before the 18 months ends triggers any billing, and a signed contract would settle that.
Where InboundREM is stronger
InboundREM has a longer public record in real estate marketing than CiteVantage, and it has more published material. Specifically:
- Track record. InboundREM states a 2014 founding year (https://inboundrem.com/ai-info/, read 2026-10-06) and its founder’s bio describes work in real estate marketing since 2007 (https://inboundrem.com/speaker-robert-newman/, read 2026-10-06, page last modified 2021-09-14, so possibly stale). Its sitemap shows content existing no later than 2017-02-17 (https://inboundrem.com/sitemap_index.xml, read 2026-10-06). On the dates above, InboundREM’s public record in this niche is longer.
- Published page volume. By the count in our research on 2026-10-06, InboundREM’s sitemaps list about 690 unique URLs across posts, pages and podcast pages, and 756 unique URLs once its video sitemap is included. Source: https://inboundrem.com/sitemap_index.xml, read 2026-10-06. CiteVantage’s sitemap lists 29 blog posts (https://citevantage.com/sitemap-0.xml, read 2026-10-06), so on volume InboundREM is far ahead.
- A wider product range. A client who also needs a new WordPress site, IDX integration or a Google Business Profile campaign can buy them from the same agency, with setup fees published (https://inboundrem.com/real-estate-seo-companies-services/, read 2026-10-06).
- Named clients with public sites. Its case studies name agents whose websites are public, so the claims are checkable in principle. The figures themselves are InboundREM’s own, and they come from one flagship AI client whose commissions the page describes as pending, so we do not repeat them here.
- More public reviews. Its footer shows “5 Stars - Based on 84 User Reviews” (https://inboundrem.com/ai-visibility/, read 2026-10-06). That is its own display and we could not confirm it on Google. CiteVantage has no large public review count.
- Press. InboundREM has a HousingWire contributor column dated 2026-07-09 (https://www.housingwire.com/articles/realtor-aeo-geo-strategy/, read 2026-10-06). The page labels it opinion, and InboundREM’s own CMO wrote it, so it is not independent coverage. A Forbes Councils post by another firm dated 2026-04-01 names its AI info pages once and is labelled fee-based membership on the page (https://www.forbes.com/councils/forbesagencycouncil/2026/04/01/3-commercial-real-estate-aeo-and-geo-hacks-to-earn-ai-recommendations/, read 2026-10-06). An editorial listicle at Impakter placed it seventh (https://impakter.com/best-real-estate-seo-agencies-2026/, dated 2026-09-04, independence not confirmed). CiteVantage has no independent press, so on press InboundREM is stronger, though most of its coverage is its own.
Where CiteVantage is different
- The guarantee has a defined measure. CiteVantage’s guarantee counts how many of the buyer questions the client approved name the client on four engines, and it ends after a stated remedy. InboundREM’s pages and terms, read 2026-10-06, state no results guarantee. Detail below and at the guarantee page.
- The minimum term is shorter than InboundREM’s SEO contracts. Three months on the plans from Agent up to Multi-Market, against 18 months for InboundREM’s SEO contracts. This is verified only against those SEO contracts and not against its AI plans, whose term is not stated.
- Plans are specified by questions, engines and tracking cadence. The pricing page lists the engines and how often the approved questions are tracked on each plan. InboundREM’s AI reporting cadence was not found.
- Delivery is founder-led. Abdul Subkhan does most of the work personally, with a small team and contractors, from Pakistan, and CiteVantage LLC is registered in Wyoming, as the pricing page states. That lean structure is the reason we give for our price points.
- The re-test method is published. Each approved question is asked three times on each of four engines and counts when it appears in at least two of the three runs (https://citevantage.com/guarantee/, read 2026-10-06). InboundREM’s AI pages describe no equivalent test.
- Scope. CiteVantage’s pricing lists AI visibility work, not website builds. If you need a new site, InboundREM is the wider offer.
Who it is for
InboundREM is for an agent who wants one agency for a WordPress website they own, IDX, local SEO and an AI product, and who is willing to wait for SEO to build. Its own services page puts early SEO progress at 3 to 6 months and return on investment at around 12 to 24 months (https://inboundrem.com/real-estate-seo-companies-services/, read 2026-10-06). It also suits an agent who values a long public track record and a large library of free educational content, and a brokerage that wants a custom plan from $2,500 a month (https://inboundrem.com/ai-visibility/, read 2026-10-06).
CiteVantage is for an agent or brokerage that already has a website and wants AI search visibility measured on buyer questions it approves. It fits someone who wants a 3-month minimum, a published re-test method and a guarantee with a clear end. It fits less well an agent who needs a new website built, or one who puts weight on a long public history, filmed testimonials, independent press or a large review count, since InboundREM shows more on those.
Guarantee comparison
The two guarantees measure different things, and we do not rank them.
InboundREM. Its pages and terms, read 2026-10-06, state no results guarantee. Its terms say it “cannot guarantee the ranking of the Client’s website on any major Search Engine” (https://inboundrem.com/terms-and-conditions/, section 6.3, read 2026-10-06). Its AI page says many agents see improvements “within 2-4 months” (https://inboundrem.com/ai-visibility/, read 2026-10-06). We read that as an expectation with no commitment attached, and we do not equate it with a guarantee in either direction. Custom contracts may supersede the standard terms, and those were not visible to us.
CiteVantage, the 1-in-4 Guarantee. CiteVantage commits to getting the client named by AI on “at least 25% of the agreed buyer questions” within 90 days. The agreed set is 50 to 100 buyer questions per market, approved by the client in the first week. The re-test runs on four engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot), and each question is asked three times per engine. A question counts when it appears in at least two of the three runs.
If the 25% is not reached, CiteVantage works the next two months free, as two 30-day sprints with a re-test after each and plan billing paused. On the Agent plan, two months is worth $998. After the two sprints the guarantee is complete: there is no refund and nothing further, so the remedy is never open-ended. Terms are on the guarantee page.
What each measures. CiteVantage’s guarantee measures how often the client is named in AI answers to questions the client has approved. It does not measure leads, commissions or Google rankings. InboundREM states no results measure on the pages we read.
Questions people ask about CiteVantage and InboundREM
The answers to the questions people ask when comparing CiteVantage and InboundREM, each carrying the date its facts were read. They cover price, contract length, reviews and guarantee wording, and every competitor fact points to the page it came from.
How do InboundREM and CiteVantage prices compare?
CiteVantage's Agent plan is $499 a month and InboundREM's AI plans start from $750 a month. The plans are scoped differently. InboundREM prices by city population, and CiteVantage's plans step up by number of markets and tracking cadence. InboundREM also sells a Google Business Profile campaign at $500 a month plus $1,500 setup and website plans with setup fees of $4,000 to $7,000, and neither of those is AI work. Sources: inboundrem.com/real-estate-seo-companies-services and citevantage.com/pricing, read 2026-10-06.
Does InboundREM offer a guarantee?
Its pages and terms, read 2026-10-06, state no results guarantee. Its terms say it cannot guarantee search rankings, and it publishes expectations such as improvements within 2 to 4 months, with no commitment attached. Custom contracts may differ and we could not see them. Source: inboundrem.com/terms-and-conditions.
Is InboundREM an AI visibility specialist?
No. It is an SEO and website agency that added an AI product, RealtyRank AI, in 2026. Its press release is dated 2026-05-07 and its services page still centers on WordPress sites and SEO campaigns. Sources: markets.financialcontent.com/stocks/article/marketersmedia-2026-5-7-inboundrem-advances-real-estate-aeo-with-realtyrank-ai-service-to-help-agents-earn-ai-recommendations and inboundrem.com/real-estate-seo-companies-services, read 2026-10-06.
What reviews does InboundREM have?
Its own site shows 5 stars from 84 reviews, which we could not confirm on Google. Its Clutch profile shows no reviews as of 2026-10-06, which says nothing about service quality. We could not read its DesignRush, Trustpilot or G2 pages, so those are unverified. Its own pages give three different review counts (84, 55 and "hundreds"). CiteVantage has no large public review count. Sources: inboundrem.com/ai-visibility and clutch.co/profile/inboundrem.
How long is an InboundREM contract?
Its published SEO contracts run 18 months. Its AI pages state no term, so we cannot say what an AI plan requires. It also states "We don’t have contract cancellation penalties." and the pages do not say how that sits with the 18 months. Sources: inboundrem.com/real-estate-seo-companies-services and inboundrem.com/real-estate-seo-consulting, read 2026-10-06.
Which suits which kind of agent?
InboundREM suits an agent who needs a new website, IDX and SEO together. CiteVantage suits an agent who already has a site and wants AI visibility tracked on questions they approve. A brokerage can compare InboundREM's custom plans from $2,500 a month with CiteVantage's Brokerage plan at $999 a month, keeping in mind that the scope differs. Sources: inboundrem.com/ai-visibility and citevantage.com/pricing, read 2026-10-06.
What are the alternatives to InboundREM?
It depends on the job. An agent who wants a website and SEO from one agency is shopping in the same category as InboundREM, and an agent who wants AI search visibility as the main job can look at a plan like CiteVantage's. This page compares only two companies. For how SEO and AI search relate, see our explainer on GEO, SEO and AEO.
Did InboundREM's AI case study show results?
InboundREM reports one AI case study, covering a single agent, and its page describes the commission as pending. We do not treat it as a result and do not repeat its figures. Source: inboundrem.com/real-estate-ai-seo-leads-case-study, read 2026-10-06.
