Copied exactly as the clients typed them, typos included, because a tidied-up quote is not a quote. Names are shortened to a role because Upwork anonymises client identities on public profiles. One review runs four paragraphs, so it is cut down here with ellipses marking every cut and a link to read the whole thing.
