Declared bias

CiteVantage is a competitor of FlyDragon, and CiteVantage wrote this page. Every FlyDragon fact below comes from FlyDragon’s own public pages or from a named third-party page, with the date it was read. We did not log in, fill in a form or contact FlyDragon. We have not seen FlyDragon’s signed contract, so anything that depends on it is marked as unseen. Where FlyDragon is stronger, the page says so first.

Which FlyDragon this page covers

This page covers FlyDragon, Inc., the AI search visibility agency for residential real estate at goflydragon.com. Not FlyDragon Studio (flydragon.studio).

How that was established, on 2026-10-06:

  • goflydragon.com sells AEO and GEO services to real estate agents, teams and brokerages. Its Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and About page name the legal entity as FlyDragon, Inc., with a Manchester, New Hampshire address.
  • flydragon.studio describes a content tool sold at $29 and $59 a month, and its page source names the publisher as Disruptica LLC. It names no founders and does not mention goflydragon.com.
  • No public page we could read links the two. Who owns FlyDragon Studio is unknown to us. That is an absence of evidence only, because the Studio site could not be read as rendered text.
  • Searches for the bare name “FlyDragon” are dominated by unrelated drone and toy results. One third-party ranking page spells the agency as “GoFlyDragon”.

Guarantee wording The 1-in-4 Guarantee: named by AI on at least 25% of the agreed 50 to 100 buyer questions per market within 90 days. If not, we work the next two months free, as two 30-day sprints with a re-test after each and plan billing paused, worth $998 on the Agent plan. Then it is complete: no refund, and never open-ended. Source: citevantage.com/guarantee, read 2026-10-07. If answer presence (AEO page) or AI visibility score (GEO page) has not moved in 90 days, FlyDragon says it will "extend the engagement free until it does". What is included Agent plan: 50 to 100 buyer questions you approve, tracked every two weeks on five engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Google AI Overviews); up to 15 guides a month; off-site work on directories, reviews, digital PR, Reddit and Quora; ongoing schema; a monthly report and strategy call; a free day-30 re-test; and area exclusivity, meaning one agent, team or brokerage per area at a time. Brokerage and Multi-Market track every week. Source: citevantage.com/pricing, read 2026-10-07. Itemised on the service pages. Starter: audit on every engine, up to 50 tracked prompts, monthly report, schema and entity setup, 1 market or niche, email support. Growth adds up to 250 prompts, a weekly report, 12 content pages a month, competitor share of voice, up to 3 markets or niches, a monthly strategy call and priority Slack support. Team adds unlimited prompts, up to 10 agent profiles, 30 pages a month, unlimited markets, bi-weekly calls, a dedicated strategist and whitelabel reporting. FlyDragon's own ranking page says it offers no bundled website, CRM or Google Business Profile management. Whether Starter, Growth and Team are the same offers as Town, City and Major Metro is unverified. Proof type Eight published case studies, one of them for a real estate client (Bright Realty International, a 17-domain property network measured in Search Console), and a published Houston study of 2,000 AI answers. Reviews are five completed Upwork contracts, every one rated 5.0 and published by Upwork, none of them a real estate AI visibility engagement. No filmed client testimonials, no independent press coverage and no large public review count, so FlyDragon shows more on public reviews and named case studies. Every cell carries its source and the date it was read. Where CiteVantage is weaker, the cell says so.

The tiers are defined differently on each side, so the prices are not a like-for-like pairing. FlyDragon’s tier names describe market size.

Where FlyDragon is stronger

First, their strengths. Where CiteVantage differs comes next.
  • Public reviews. FlyDragon has 22 Trustpilot reviews with a 4.5 score. We read that directly on 2026-10-07, and some of the reviewers are also featured as case-study clients. Trustpilot does not fact-check reviews, and the profile has been claimed by the company since February 2026. CiteVantage has no large public review count. Source: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/goflydragon.com .
  • Named case studies. FlyDragon publishes eight named agent case studies and says they are filmed and unscripted. We did not watch the videos, and the figures come from FlyDragon or the agent with no audit. CiteVantage has no filmed client testimonials. Source: https://www.goflydragon.com/ , read 2026-10-06.
  • Published research. FlyDragon’s April 2026 report states a data window of 4 January to 31 March 2026 and its sample sizes. It is self-run and parts of the method are undisclosed. FlyDragon has published more of this kind of research than CiteVantage. Source: https://www.goflydragon.com/state-of-ai-seo-in-real-estate/ , read 2026-10-06.
  • Itemised tiers and named roles. FlyDragon states prompt counts, report frequency, pages a month and call cadence for each tier, with a dedicated strategist on the highest tier and priority Slack support on Growth. It also names four co-founders and its legal entity. Source: the two service pages and https://www.goflydragon.com/about-flydragon/ , read 2026-10-06.
  • Press material. FlyDragon puts a press release draft in the first 30 days of its roadmap and has distributed releases of its own. Neither company has independent press coverage that our research found. Source: https://www.goflydragon.com/ , read 2026-10-06.

Where CiteVantage is different

  • Shorter minimum term. CiteVantage asks for 3 months on Agent, Brokerage and Multi-Market. FlyDragon asks for 6 months on every tier. CiteVantage’s All-in-One plan is also 6 months. Sources: https://citevantage.com/pricing/ and https://www.goflydragon.com/ , read 2026-10-06.
  • Founder-led delivery and cost. Abdul Subkhan does most of the work personally, with a small team and contractors. The work is run from Pakistan and CiteVantage LLC is registered in Wyoming, as the pricing page states. That lean setup with low overhead is the reason CiteVantage’s monthly plans list at $499, $999 and $1,899 where FlyDragon’s tiers list at $799, $1,399 and $2,599. Current prices are on the pricing page.
  • A guarantee that names its test. CiteVantage’s guarantee counts the share of buyer questions, approved by the client in week one, on which the client is named. FlyDragon’s published line names a different measure on each of two pages and does not define “meaningfully”. The CiteVantage remedy is capped, and FlyDragon’s published remedy has no stated end point. Details are in the next sections.
  • Exclusivity is stated per area. Both companies publish a one-client promise. FlyDragon’s homepage says “One agent per market” and that ZIP codes lock to the client, and the unit differs between its pages (https://www.goflydragon.com/, read 2026-10-06). CiteVantage’s pricing page says it works with one agent, team or brokerage per area at a time, where an area is the town or neighbourhood the agreed questions name (https://citevantage.com/pricing/, read 2026-10-07). Neither contract has been seen by the other side, so treat both as promises to confirm in writing.
  • Entry options without a monthly commitment. CiteVantage lists a free audit, a $99 audit and a $249 sprint as one-time purchases. FlyDragon’s pricing section lists monthly tiers only, and its entry step is a 30-minute call with its CEO. Sources: https://citevantage.com/pricing/ and https://www.goflydragon.com/ , read 2026-10-06.
  • Tracking cadence. CiteVantage tracks every two weeks on Agent and every week on Brokerage and Multi-Market. FlyDragon’s Starter service-page tier lists a monthly report and Growth lists a weekly one. Tracking and reporting are different things, so read this as a difference in what is promised, with no ranking implied. Who it is for

CiteVantage

CiteVantage fits a solo agent, a small team or a small brokerage that wants a 3-month first commitment and a guarantee with a stated test and a stated end. It also fits an agent who wants to see questions and results tracked every two or every week, and who is comfortable that the proof is smaller than FlyDragon’s. See what CiteVantage does for real estate agents, or start with the free audit.

FlyDragon

FlyDragon fits an agent or team that puts weight on public reviews, named case studies and published research, and that wants the tier contents itemised before the first call. It also fits an agent who values a published one-agent-per-market promise and accepts a 6-month commitment billed monthly. Larger teams get named roles at the highest tier.

Guarantee comparison: CiteVantage vs FlyDragon

CiteVantage's terms in full: the 1-in-4 Guarantee page.

The two guarantees measure different things and end differently. On duration, FlyDragon’s published line is longer than CiteVantage’s. CiteVantage’s is the one with stated measurement rules. Full CiteVantage terms are on the 1-in-4 Guarantee page.

CiteVantage: the 1-in-4 Guarantee

  • What it measures. The share of the agreed 50 to 100 buyer questions per market on which AI names the client. The target is 25%, reached within 90 days.
  • How it is tested. Per the live guarantee page, read 2026-10-06: the questions are approved in week one, the re-test runs on four engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot), each question is asked three times per engine, and it counts when the client appears in at least two of the three runs. The same page counts the 90 days from the day the commitment is signed.
  • What happens if the target is missed. Two more months of work at no charge, as two 30-day sprints with a re-test after each and plan billing paused. On the Agent plan those two months are worth $998. After the second sprint the guarantee is complete. There is no refund and it is never open-ended.

FlyDragon: the free extension

  • What it measures. On the AEO service page, answer presence. On the GEO service page, an AI visibility score. FlyDragon says that if it “hasn’t moved meaningfully in 90 days”, it will “extend the engagement free until it does”. Both quotes come from the AEO page, dated 2026-06-19. The GEO page, dated 2026-06-18, ends the same way.
  • Where it appears. Only in the FAQ of those two service pages. The homepage pricing section and the Terms of Service do not carry it, and the Terms disclaim results.
  • What is not published. What “meaningfully” means, who measures it, with which prompts and engines, when the 90 days start, what the client must do, whether the Town tier or an added market is covered, whether “free” pauses billing or adds months at the end, and whether anything caps the extension or returns any fees.
  • The signed contract is unseen. Whether the web FAQ promise carries into the contract is unknown to us.

Taken together: if the target is missed, FlyDragon’s line reads as continuing without a stated end point, and CiteVantage’s stops after two months. FlyDragon’s line leaves its measurement rules unpublished, and CiteVantage’s states them. An agent weighing either should ask to see the full terms in writing.

Questions people ask about CiteVantage and FlyDragon

The answers to the questions people ask when comparing CiteVantage and FlyDragon, each carrying the date its facts were read. They cover price, contract length, reviews and guarantee wording, and every competitor fact points to the page it came from.

How much does FlyDragon cost compared with CiteVantage?

FlyDragon lists $799, $1,399 and $2,599 a month, and CiteVantage's monthly plans list at $499, $999 and $1,899, each read on 2026-10-06.

The tiers are defined differently, so the prices do not pair one to one. FlyDragon prices by market size and starts an extra market at $399 a month. CiteVantage's difference in price comes from lean, founder-led delivery with low overhead.

Which has the shorter contract, FlyDragon or CiteVantage?

CiteVantage has the shorter minimum on three plans: 3 months against FlyDragon's 6, read 2026-10-06.

CiteVantage's All-in-One plan is also 6 months. FlyDragon describes its term as a 6-month commitment billed monthly. Its signed contract is unseen, so exit terms beyond that are unknown to us.

What do FlyDragon's reviews say?

FlyDragon shows 4.5 from 22 reviews on Trustpilot, read directly on 2026-10-07.

Most of the reviews shown praise AI search rankings, responsiveness and leads, and one reviewer, after four months, describes mixed feelings about the improvement. Some reviewers are also featured as FlyDragon case-study clients, which is worth knowing when reading the average.

How do FlyDragon's guarantee and CiteVantage's guarantee differ?

FlyDragon says it will extend free until its measure moves, and CiteVantage gives two free months if 25% of agreed questions are not reached.

FlyDragon's wording is open-ended and has no published conditions. CiteVantage's names its test, runs it on four engines, and ends after two sprints. CiteVantage's has no refund, and FlyDragon's published line does not mention one.

Is FlyDragon the same company as FlyDragon Studio?

No. The real estate agency at goflydragon.com is FlyDragon, Inc., and flydragon.studio is a separate content tool.

The Studio's page source names Disruptica LLC as publisher. No public page we could read links the two businesses, so ownership of the Studio is unknown to us. This page covers only the agency.

Which suits a solo agent and which suits a larger team?

A solo agent who wants a 3-month start fits CiteVantage's Agent plan, and one who wants public reviews and case studies fits FlyDragon's Town tier.

For larger teams, FlyDragon names a dedicated strategist on its highest tier. CiteVantage offers Brokerage and Multi-Market plans with weekly tracking. The prices and contents do not match one to one, so compare the written terms.

Is FlyDragon's 95 out of 100 ranking independent?

No. FlyDragon scores itself 95/100 on its own ranking page, and Bulletproof's page gives FlyDragon 43/100. Neither is independent.

Each page is published by a company that places itself first. FlyDragon's page is dated 2026-09-09 and Bulletproof's 2026-10-01, both read 2026-10-06. CiteVantage's own comparison articles also rank CiteVantage first, so they are not independent either.

What are the alternatives to FlyDragon for real estate AI search?

CiteVantage is one alternative, and this page compares only the two.

When comparing any provider, check the minimum term and the written conditions of any guarantee. On both, FlyDragon and CiteVantage differ.
