Services

We provide AI visibility audits and optimization (GEO/AEO) services as described on this site. Deliverables, scope and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Guarantee

The 14-Day Sprint carries a specific, measured guarantee. At kickoff we agree in writing on 10 target buyer questions and record a baseline of how your brand appears for them across ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity. The guarantee: within 14 days of kickoff, your brand will be newly named or cited in at least 3 of those 10 questions, in at least one engine where it was absent at baseline, as measured by the same before/after re-test.

If we do not meet it, you may choose either a full refund (claimable within 14 days of delivery of the re-test) or continued work at no additional cost until the standard is met. The guarantee applies provided (a) the 10 target queries are agreed in writing at kickoff and not changed afterward, and (b) you publish the changes we deliver, or grant us the access needed to publish them, within the sprint window. Specific terms are confirmed per engagement.

Payment

Fees are as quoted. Engagements may be run through Upwork's escrow for payment protection.

Intellectual property

Content on this site is owned by CiteVantage. Deliverables created for you become yours upon full payment.

Limitation of liability

AI engines change continuously and are outside our control; we optimize to best practices but cannot guarantee specific third-party outcomes beyond the stated guarantee.
