CiteVantage Terms of Service

These terms are between you and CiteVantage LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States (Wyoming Secretary of State Filing ID 2026-002027286), trading as CiteVantage ("CiteVantage", "we", "us"). By using citevantage.com or engaging our services, you agree to them.

Services

We provide AI visibility audits and optimization (GEO/AEO) services as described on this site. Deliverables, scope and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Guarantee

The AI Visibility Sprint carries a specific, measured guarantee, the 90-Day Cited Guarantee. At kickoff we agree in writing on your target buyer questions and record a baseline of how your brand appears for them across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Copilot and Gemini. The guarantee: within 90 days of kickoff, your brand will be newly named or cited by at least one of those engines on your agreed questions, where it was absent at baseline, as measured by the same before/after re-test.

If we do not meet it, we run a second full sprint at no additional cost and keep optimizing until the standard is met. The remedy is continued work, not a refund. The guarantee applies provided (a) the target questions are agreed in writing at kickoff and not changed afterward, and (b) you publish the changes we deliver, or grant us the access needed to publish them, within 14 days of delivery. Specific terms are confirmed per engagement.

Payment

Fees are as quoted. Engagements may be run through Upwork's escrow for payment protection.

Intellectual property

Content on this site is owned by CiteVantage LLC. Deliverables created for you become yours upon full payment.

Limitation of liability

AI engines change continuously and are outside our control; we optimize to best practices but cannot guarantee specific third-party outcomes beyond the stated guarantee. You contract with CiteVantage LLC as an entity; obligations under these terms are the company's, not those of any individual member, officer or contractor.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
