Ask ChatGPT for the best real estate agent in Denver and it names seven agencies and teams, six of them with star ratings, but ask Gemini the same thing and you get individual agents instead. We ran our Denver real estate questions across both engines on July 19, 2026, and we are the AI SEO agency Denver agents call to get onto both lists.

“best real estate agent in Denver”
You
We asked ChatGPT and Gemini which Denver agents and property managers to hire, and every answer named specific firms. Here is who.
Tested 19 Jul 2026 on ChatGPT and Gemini, screenshots kept for every answer.
We asked ChatGPT and Gemini the questions Denver buyers actually ask, in the wording buyers use, and recorded whoever came back named. Every answer below is verbatim, with a screenshot kept for each one, so you can see the shortlist your own buyers are handed before they ever reach a website. Measured on 19 July 2026, and engine answers move, so we re-run these questions.

Buyers rarely search a whole city. They search a district, and the engine answers that narrower question with a different set of names, so we work with one agent, team or brokerage per area, whether that area is Cherry Creek or LoDo and Downtown. An area is the town or neighbourhood your agreed questions name, and if yours is taken we tell you before you pay anything.

Denver splits by question rather than cleanly by engine, so the work is scoped to what you do. For agents, ChatGPT reads map reviews while Gemini ranks individuals by sales count on FastExpert and HomeLight, so those are two separate builds. For property management the engines already agree on Grace and Pioneer, which makes the target narrower and faster.

The right one shows you Denver's actual AI answers for your market before you pay anything.
Denver splits by question. For agents, ChatGPT and Gemini named almost entirely different people and firms, while for property management they agreed on Grace and Pioneer, so an agency that treats every question the same will misjudge the job. We ran our Denver real estate questions on July 19, 2026 and published every agent and firm the engines named.
Yes, it names them directly, with star ratings on the agent answer.
Asked for the best real estate agent in Denver, ChatGPT named seven agencies and teams, six of them with star ratings, including Thrive Real Estate Group and Kentwood Real Estate Cherry Creek. The buyers agent query returned seven names with the interview questions to ask each one, and property management came back as a comparison table of seven managers sorted by owner type. Screenshots of those answers are on this page.
It works, and a Denver agent has two separate shortlists to win.
ChatGPT answered the agent query with agencies drawn from Zillow and map reviews, while Gemini named individual agents with sales counts and review totals from FastExpert, HomeLight and Rate-My-Agent. Thrive was the only name carried across from one engine to the other. GEO for a Denver agent builds both paths, so a buyer on either engine hears your name.
Mostly third-party ones, which the engines cited far more than any agent's own website.
Across our Denver real estate questions, Zillow and Expertise.com fed ChatGPT, while FastExpert, HomeLight and Rate-My-Agent fed Gemini, and Reddit showed up in the property management answer. A GEO agency Denver firms hire has to earn placement in those sources first, because that is where the shortlist gets built.
It does, and property management was the Denver question where the engines agreed most.
Asked for the best property management company in Denver, ChatGPT sorted seven managers into a table by owner type, citing Expertise.com and Reddit, and Gemini named three. A manager on the short list both engines share holds both answers at once. How much the two engines agreed varied a lot by question:
Free, and in your inbox within 48 hours.
Because Denver splits by question, we start with yours: the questions your buyers or landlords actually ask, run across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot. You see who each engine named and whether the engines agree on your questions, with an AI Visibility Score on top. There is no sales call unless you ask for one.
It works the sources Denver's AI answers were built from, then re-runs the same questions to show the name landed.
Every point below comes from the answers we gathered for this city rather than from a template:
Anywhere in Denver, one agent, team or brokerage per area at a time.
Buyers search a district rather than the whole city, and the engine answers that narrower question with a different set of names, so these are the Denver submarkets that behave like separate markets, where the firms an engine names in one may not appear in the next one over:
Denver splits by question as well as by engine.
For real estate agents, ChatGPT and Gemini named almost entirely different people and firms, with ChatGPT pulling agencies from map reviews and Gemini naming individual agents by sales count from FastExpert and HomeLight. But for property management the two engines agreed, and Grace and Pioneer made both lists. So in Denver the play depends on what you do: agents have two open seats to win, while property managers face a short shared list they either make or miss.
Not a published one yet, so we are not going to imply one.
What we do have for this city is the measurement on this page: real buyer questions, run on the real engines, with the agents and firms they named and screenshots of the answers, carrying the date we ran them. Most pages competing for this search publish neither a local client nor a local measurement. The client results we can show you are published in full, with the search figures verified in Search Console, on our case studies, and the method behind all of it is published in our 500-query Houston real estate study, with the open list of domains AI cites on real estate beside it. It is the same real estate SEO agency playbook behind our AI SEO agency work everywhere, scoped to the questions Denver buyers actually ask.
Agents, teams and brokerages, along with the property managers Denver landlords ask AI about, one per area at a time.
The audit is the same for each of them: the real questions your buyers, sellers or landlords ask, run on the engines, with screenshots of who was named instead of you. The service pages for the real estate work we do in Denver:
Plans start at $499 a month on a 3-month minimum, and the one-time 30-Day AI Visibility Sprint is $249, the same as in every other market we work in.
The work does not change from city to city, so the price does not either, and every figure is published on our pricing page rather than quoted per city. Almost every Denver engagement begins with the free AI Visibility Audit, which costs nothing and shows you whether a paid plan is worth it for your agency or brokerage at all.
Technical and entity fixes land inside the first two weeks, while being named in AI answers takes longer.
The engines have to re-crawl your site and the third-party sources they cross-check before a new name can show up in an answer in Denver. On our monthly plans we commit to the outcome in writing with the 1-in-4 Guarantee: named on at least 25% of your agreed buyer questions within 90 days, or we work the next two months free.
No. CiteVantage is a remote company registered in Wyoming, United States, and we work with clients across the US, Australia and the UK.
This work depends on whether the AI engines your Denver buyers use can find, verify and name you, and none of that needs a desk in the city. We run those exact queries for your market from wherever we are. Everything we report is dated and reproducible, so you can re-run the questions and check our findings yourself.
